Yes. All new accounts include a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to Pro or continue using the Free tier.
What happens to my data if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your data is never deleted. All diagnostic logs, checklists, and maintenance records remain in your account. On the Free tier, you can view all existing data but are limited to 2 new diagnostic logs per month and 3 diagnostic systems.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Pro annual billing is $149.99/year, which saves you 17% compared to monthly billing ($14.99/month x 12 = $179.88/year). Enterprise pricing is available on annual contracts — contact our sales team for volume discounts.
How does Enterprise team management work?
Enterprise accounts include an admin dashboard where you can add and remove technicians, assign roles, and view team activity across all client sites. Each technician gets their own login and can work independently offline. Data syncs to the shared team account when connectivity is available.
